🕒 2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) will be processed the following Monday.

  • During peak seasons or for custom products, processing may take up to 7–15 business days.

  • If you order before 4:00 PM local time, we aim to ship within 48 hours.

⛔️ Delays may occur due to customs clearance, local holidays, or high shipping demand (especially for air freight).

We ship globally using trusted carriers such as:

  • DHL / FedEx / Local couriers
    We always select the most suitable carrier for your region and offer tracking for all orders.


🔄 5. Tracking & Shipping Updates

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

  • Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after dispatch.

  • In case of customs delays or transit between stations, tracking information may temporarily stop updating.

⚠️ 6. Important Notes

  • Import Taxes: Some countries may charge import duties or VAT upon delivery. We will try our best to reduce this burden for you.

  • PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers: We recommend using a physical address, as we cannot guarantee safe delivery to PO Boxes.

  • Lost or Stolen Parcels: FashionShopa is not responsible for lost/stolen packages if the shipping address provided was inaccurate or unreliable.

Q: Why hasn’t my tracking updated?
A: Your package may be undergoing customs clearance or waiting for flight availability. Tracking updates once it reaches the next scan point.

Q: How can I get order updates?
A: You’ll receive email notifications at each major stage. If you don’t receive one within 48 hours, contact service@fashionshopa.com.

Q: Do you offer faster delivery?
A: Yes. Expedited options like DHL Express are available at checkout for an additional fee.
